Mission: The mission of grace house is to serve homeless mississippians living with and affected by hiv/aids, by providing and maintaining housing in which clients may live with dignity, safety, and care; by providing supportive services that meet the physical health, mental health, educational, employment, and spiritual needs of individual clients thereby empowering each to achieve the highest quality and most independent life possible; and by providing education and awareness to the public.

Programs: Coc provides permanent housing and supportive services for homeless and chronically homeless individuals and families living with disabling conditions. Grace house provides this housing to women in recovery for addiction, and men, women, and families living with hiv. During 2017, grace house served 99 individuals and additional 29 family members.

three hopwa grants provide 5 housing assistance options, all with supportive services to impoverished and/or homeless individuals and families living with hiv. Approximately 600 are assisted annually.

cdc hiv prevention is a program designed to reduce high risk sexual behaviors by intervening at the community level and encouraging treatment as prevention through pre and post exposure adherence to anti-retroviral therapies and by providing client-centered therapy leading to behavior modification. During 2017, the organization helped over 500 individuals.
