Good stuff!!! We alternate Bobs Thick Oats and these Steel Cut Oats every morning. I cook them in it 3qt Instant Pot for my wife and I. Easy, delicious, and perfect every time!

These are steel cut oats that are cut just a bit smaller than usual to cook faster. They have the same great flavor as regular steel-cut oats and a nice texture. This is my third purchase of the exact same product - that should tell you something.

After trying several brands, Bob's Red Mill is the best. I have tried 25-lb and 50-lb bulk purchases, price is slightly cheaper but not convenient. The 4-pack is perfect size.
