This has a less fine texture than other flours, but I actually like it that way. We mostly use for pancakes and quick breads. I don't recommend if you prefer a very fine flour.

Every week I make fluffy whole wheat currant buns using 50% Sprouted Hard White Wheat Flour, 50% regular unifine hard wheat flour and Azure raisins or currants. We have these every morning with our cafe au lait. So good and fresh tasting.
