Greasweep is made of 100% natural plant-based ingredients rice husk hulls, and absorbs 35 times faster than clay adsorbents on the market today. Greasweep allows you to save money by using less product on the same spills. Cleaning up Greasweep is as easy as pushing a broom. And because Greasweep is capable of absorbing up to three times its weight in oil, it can be reused over and over until completely saturated. Greasweep leaves no residues behind. Just sprinkle it on the spill, mix it in, sweep it up and dispose. Greasweep is made of a rice hull that is reduced to the simplest ash form (little or no carbon). These rice hulls are mostly silica and cellulose. The burning process consumes the cellulose and leaves the skeleton of silica.
