Mission: To improve the quality of life of homeless animals through veterinary care, foster care, humane education, and spay/neuter programs.

Programs: The gcspca rescued 1121 animals and adopted out 1040 animals during 2017.Each animal was current on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to or soon after adoption, if applicable. Gcspca fosters animals in private homes. There were 41 volunteer fosters for 2017.There are 90 additional volunteers working adoption drives, fundraising, and administrative services.
