Mission: Prevention of cruelty to animals, especially farm animals, by providing shelter, care, and board to abused, abandoned or neglected farm animals; by educating the public concerning the abuse of farm animals and providing a place where members of the public can have positive interaction with farm animals by caring for them; by working with other groups with similar goals; and, by working with government agencies to provide a place for farm animals the agency has rescued from an abuse situation.
Target demographics: We help unwanted, abused, and abandoned farm animals and people who want to learn more about them.
Direct beneficiaries per year: In 2016, we took in 51 new farm animals; fostered 64 dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens; hosted 140 students and student groups and over 400 volunteers
