This stuff is great. My picky, older Doberman is on lots of meds. It takes only a small amount to wrap around the pill and he thinks it's a treat.

Easy to us and can be molded around medicationI did split the pill in half to make the piece very small.I prefer her to eat the pill without transfixing her by using a pill syringe.

My finicky dog likes this and will take his meds. However, my non-finicky dog can somehow smell the pill in this wrap, if it's a large capsule. He can take tiny round pills covered in this. As a result, I have to wrap the wrap in some type of meat, which isn't always successful. I have been able to stick the UNWRAPPED capsule in a baked apple slice with no problem.

Okay, so my cat did not care for this at all BUT the pills i have to give her are horrible tasting. She froths and drools all over the house if she gets the slightest taste. Making it impossible to pill her. Even though she wouldn't eat this stuff, i coated the pill with it, masking the taste of the pill. It makes it SOOOOOO much easier to pill her! Don't know why pill makers can't coat the horrible tasting pills!

Bought our first jar of this stuff on at our vet hoping that it would persuade our cats to take their meds. I'm so glad we did! We have a kitty now who takes thyroid meds twice a day and this stuff makes it easy as can be. One jar lasts a long long time, so it's a great value. All hail the pill wrap!

Easy to use and a little bit goes a long way. Our foster dog no longer tries to spit his pills out since we started using this product. He sits as if he is getting a treat and is quick to take his meds with this pill wrap. We only use a pinch on one side of the pill (don't even need to hide the entire pill from him in it) and he is eager to gobble it up. Great product for a great price and not messy at all to use.

Really easy to use. Very easy to mold around the pill, so you can make the wrap as big or small as you'd like.Not all of our cats liked the taste (one of them did, one of them didn't), so we just add sprinkles of the treats they like to help out.Made their dosage of pills so much easier vs. having to do a more traditional version which is very traumatic to the cat.Highly recommend this product!

Hallelujah! I have finally found something to hide my cat's pill in that he will eat. I've been using this for about a week and a half now and so far so good. He gets a pill 2x a day. I wrap it around the pill, not too much but enough to completely hide the pill then bury it in his wet food and he eats the entire plate. I know every cat is different but mine is so picky and I wasn't sure if it would be a success or not. It's just such a comfort to know he's consistently eating his pill now.

This was for a cat, which like a typical cat is finicky. I have found that the less pill wrap one uses, the more likely she is to eat the wrap and pill.

My cat that needs medicine hates this even though the medicine is covered completely. You would think a chubby cat would like to eat this especially when he will eat silicone if you let him. But, my 1 year old cat loves it. I contacted the seller before I bought this and they also said that cats most likely won't want it. I've tried sticking it to a temptation treat as recommended, my cat still won't take it. My conclusion is maybe 90 percent of cats won't like this since I've also tested it on my other cats, reading reviews, and information from the seller. I'm still happy with my purchase, it was a good attempt and maybe my cat will warm up to it with the 1 year old being his competition.

My cat needs Prozac. Who doesn't these days? He was doing great with pill pockets but one time he tasted the pill and that was that. Even after I bought different flavors and tried more pocket for the pill, he knew what was up.This stuff is amazing! I barely have to cover the pill and he woofs it down. I put it on a catnip temptation treat and he begs for more. I am so happy because without his meds he pees all over the place. Also, this jar will last a super long time. Definitely will purchase again

I had to edit my review. At first, it didn't work for my cat. He has a very tiny pill and only takes half. I wrapped it in a small amount of bacon flavor (smaller than a pea) and fed it as a treat as instructed. He had the same reaction of salivating and vomiting and couldn't keep the medicine down. Based on some other reviews, I put the wrapped pill in the back of his throat so he couldn't chew. No salivating or vomiting and he even licked his lips.

I didn't end up needing this to wrap pills, but I put some of it inside a toy, and my cats are absolutely frantic for it.

Like the headline says, it worked once really well. Then my cats learned to associate this stuff with the medicine that goes inside it and it has never worked again. Oh well, back to square one trying to get my cats to take their flea medicine.

We've tried all of the different Pill Pocket flavors, with little success. Our dog can cleverly eat the pill pocket and spit out the pill. The Vetoquinol Pill wrap is a whole different thing- you are enrobing the pill in an ultra flavorful paste. Now our dog thinks it's treat time and will eagerly consume pill and paste.
