We have our dogs teeth cleaned for plaque yearly. After using Greenies for a year our vet said we could go out to two years for plaque removal.

My elderly dog loves the Greenies. My vet told me several years ago to start giving them to her and being a little tight, I didn't want to spend the money. I had to have her teeth cleaned recently. It cost over $200.00 and they had to put her under. This is not a good thing for humans or dogs. I hope this will help someone else to go ahead and spend the money for Greenies. It will save you money in the long run.

I have bought these twice for my son's dogs. His dogs love them. And I think the greenies do a pretty good job of helping keep the teeth clean, and it feels good to buy a product that's actually good for the dog

Feels like plastic rubbery stuff. Because it's shaped like a toothbrush dog owners think its good stuff. Dogs will essentially eat anything because they can. Even their doggy friends poop if given a chance. He's been eating this green rubber stuff for years. The vet asked how do I brush his teeth. Sheepishly and regretfully I replied “I don't or at least never have yet” and the vet said my dog has beautiful teeth. Whoossse, he never gets sweets from me nor table scraps. Sometimes a piece of fruit, a chunk of beef jerky or Charlene Bear doggy treats (they're supposedly good for them). And of course add these Greenies to the list.

Greenies have been my saving grace. At 5am when it's cold and rainy my dog still feels the need to explore and sniff the perimeter of my back yard and the only thing that lures her inside is my promise of a Greenie! They are the perfect treat. It keeps my dogs breath fresh and their teeth clean! With so many dog treats being marketed that are actually horrible for your furry family, it's nice to have a product I feel good about giving to them!

I have been giving these to my dogs for years. April 2022 I got a rescue dog that was a year old or so. He teeth looked white except for the molars in the back at the gum line. After giving even a half of one daily, I have seen improvements there. These are rated well by veterinarians too.
