I've been using this product daily for months. It taste good (for what it is and compared to others) and is made of a variety of high quality ingredients (organic fruits and vegetables). I do believe it strengths your immune system and I plan on drinking it daily. Not cheap but I Highly recommend it.

I've used this product for years. In the beginning it was drs for nutrition. It's pure. Makes a great drink in a shaker cup. Sometimes I blend with ice and add yogurt and a banana. You can get real creative or drink by itself.

First of all, this priduct is fairly palatable - I understand many similar products aren't. It gives me a nicevenergy boost every morning and, best of all, seems to really help with my blood sugar level. After making some adjustments to my diet and adding this product, I ended up with the best A1C reading I've had at least 5 years!

The only greens powder I can have in my smoothie without tasting like grass! I mix this with a protein powder, milk, and banana sometimes peanut butter but the taste is amazing! I was recommended this product by a well known nutritionist

i make a smoothie every morning and add Greens First. it blends well and adds a bit of sweetness to my smoothie. i have also had it by itself with water while on vacation to ensure i get my veggie servings. in that situation it has a mint flavor. all yummy.

I really enjoy the taste and the burst of energy it gives me. It taste really good when I add a tablespoon of lemon juice, and it is great for masking the flavor of apple cider vinegar.One thing I noticed on the ingredient list was green tea extract, and I was wondering if there is caffeine in this because I feel extra energized after I take it, it almost feels unnatural. But it's pleasant I admit that, I just wouldn't recommend taking it too close to bedtime.
