Get this for easy pinion nut removal... had a modified 12 point this is much better.... used with bleepinjeep pinion tool... easy as can be... and I was getting worried removing this pinion was going to turn into a nightmare

You are probably reading this because you did what I did, slid under your rig ready to pull the pinion to figure out you don't have the right socket. I purchased this to replace the pinion seal on a 2001 Grand Cherokee (WJ) with the Dana 44A rear differential. I beat the tar out of this socket and it just kept asking for more. This is a quality built socket that I seriously doubt I'll ever have to buy again.

If you're replacing the pitman arm, get this. Just spend the few bucks and get the right tool for the job. That part is on tight and needs to be put back on tight. Fits perfectly. Would have been near impossible trying to loosen it with a wrench or pipe wrench.
