Ever since I learned about my impact driver that came with my cordless drill, batteries and charger kit, I can't get enough of it. That thing has so much power that it's scary sometimes. So of course I'm buying everything impact rated as well as an impact wrench that I probably don't need but it's fun!

This works as advertised. The issue is that instead of the bit itself being magnetic, there is a magnet inside. This leaves about 3mm of actual space for the nut to fit in. For my particular situation this was problematic as I needed to work around the threaded bolt as well. For the price I can't particularly complain but it would be nice if the piece itself was magnetic

It's a nice socket and did the job I asked it to do. I bought it for a particular job (remove some intake manifold nuts), so I don't use it all that much, but it worked as I expected. The only thing I would change is to make it a bit deeper. For some bolts, I would first have to use a normal socket, then switch to this. I understand that if it's to deep it won't grab the nut, but if you put a little spring behind it, it would work a bit better.

This socket is great. First off it's an impact socket and second the magnet in this thing seems pretty awesome. I'm really liking it so far.

Its a good socket, but I sometimes wish it didnt have the magnet. It works great for just a small bolt but the magnet is in the way of tightening a nut on to a bolt more than the depth of the nut
