Just the thing I need to support my lower back when doing squats. I have my feet out to keep my knees in position and my arms at my sides. Just like the physical therapist showed me.

Ball arrived in a box that was opened and beaten up. The ball was not sealed, looked like it may have been used, and it was VERY very dirty, with some markings. Plus, it smelled terrible! So disappointed, as this is the second ball I've ordered from gymnic and once again a bad experience. Just looking for a good, small-sized ball that I can use with my little clients. I'd hope it airs out quickly, because I wouldn't put a baby or kid on something that smells this strongly of chemicals.

First off, the box it came in had me a little nervous... Looked like something designed for kindergartens and preschoolers... However, once I took it out, I realized the thickness of the material, and the size of the thing. I'm super glad I had an adaptor to an air compressor which still took a while to inflate the ball, but little effort... It's enormous.*One negative out of the box was that it seemed to have a waxy feeling to it, and a very odd smell. Almost like that oily, waxy smell some chocolates can get... But slightly more chemical in aroma. As far as strength, and relative size... I spend a lot of time at my desk, it tightens me up after workouts, and I'm not crazy about being so stationary for so many hours at a time, so that's what I purchased this for... To mix between my chair and the ball. I'm 6'5, my feet just touch the floor, working my legs... Sometimes I switch back to the chair to give my legs a break. I'm heavier than most humans, around 270, and thus far, the ball has held up for the time short time I've owned it, hopefully it lasts a while. So the only negative, at this early stage, is that while that smell, and oily feeling, has decreased a little each day, it still, lingers on.Lastly, I've used the ball to stretch out on too, and it just hits my body different than the other two sized balls I own, so while my office looks like a playroom at this point... I'm very happy with my decision to buy each different sized ball.

My special needs daughter uses a 85cm ball during her physical therapy sessions. That ball was just a bit small for her, so her therapist suggested that I order a bigger one for home use. So, I ordered this 95 cm ball. I inflated the ball and realized that it was actually smaller than the 85cm one that she used at therapy. I contacted the seller and was told that I could not return it because I inflated the ball. They suggested that the ball at therapy was overinflated and mine was underinflated. I followed their instructions for inflating the ball and measuring it. It is not the size that is listed. So I am stuck with a ball that is too small and not useful to me.

Very strong material. Easily withstood 250 pound man jumping on it when stationary. Highly recommend.

I love this ball personally. I use it instead of a desk chair and I haven't had any low back pain since. It is high quality and doesn't feel or smell weird like a lot of others. It is definitely worth the price, you get what you pay for.I have ordered these for myself and a lot of people in my office. The only thing I would caution is that for the vast majority of people need the 22 ball. I have a few people that don't have short legs and are 5'7 and this ball is too big for them. I ordered the 22 and it is perfect for nearly everyone unless they are really tall. Especially since they stretch and you need to put air in on occasion to keep it the right firmness to be therapeutic, the 26 can get too big in a hurry.Don't be deceived by it looking so small when you start pumping it up, they expand A LOT!! Once it is done stretching, this one is often too big.

This is the same ball that I use at PT and wanted one for continuing my exercises at home. It is sturdy and just the right size. It's a size above what was recommended for my height, but turns out it is actually the size I need. I love it being yellow...it's just like a big ball of sunshine that makes working out that much more fun. I highly recommend it.

Great value! Unlike so many of the cheap fitness balls, the walls on the Gymnic Classic are thick (rather than see-through!) and the line construction around the ball is uniform and even. Bought this for physical therapy, and it held both air and shape far longer and better than the other two lesser-quality balls from different vendors--- even though those balls were 'rated for more weight and taller people! When it comes to fitness balls, you get exactly what you pay for. The Gymnic Classic is worth every cent, and I won't bother wasting money on the junky competitors.ever again.Basic money rule: If I pay $45 for the Gymnic once and use it for a year, it cost me $45. If I pay $15 for a knock-off, I'll have to replace the knock-off at least 4-6 times in a year...that's $60-$90 a year. Buy it once, buy it right. I don't work for Gymnic, sell their stuff, or get any money for this (though if they sent me a free ball, I wouldn't return it!), but their ball is head and shoulders above any of the competing brands I've used over 6 years of physical therapy.

Quality is good, durable, probably the best one available. This is what my hospital's PT department uses. The odor was pretty bad, though. Can finally store it inside after gassing off overnights on the porch for more than a month.

I have not had a chance to blow it up or use it but it looks good. I love this brand and trust it. It arrived quick and on time.

I ordered this ball because this brand was recommended by my physical therapist and I had used it during sessions. However, once I blew it up I realized it was not the same ball. It looks similar, but blows up to a smaller size than the Gymnic 'Plus' version of the 55cm ball. It is a good ball, it is sturdily made and would serve its purpose. I would recommend the Plus version however, it blows up a bit larger and has a softer feel to it, not the 'sticky' rubber feel of this one. If you're looking for a cheaper version though this one is a good one.
