Good value. No complaints. I'm cutting 1/8 wire rope. If you have smaller hands, you may need both of them for that size or larger.

As a Truck Driver, I have to be able to cut off a variety of cable locks from my trailer. This is the first Cable Cutter I've tried that cuts through all of them like scissors cutting paper. Super easy and reliable!

I use them to cut heavy wire cable seals at work snd these are the only ones i found that work with very little effort! Love these!!!

I don't understand why this has anything less than 4 stars. It cuts 5/32”, 7x stainless cable with little effort. I suspect it would cut 3/16 well too, but it is not rated to. If you are having trouble, you are trying to cut something it was not intended to cut.

Cuts through truck load stainless steel security cable with ease, and giant bolt cutters just won't cut it, without lots of effort.

It makes a clean cut on steel cable but not on stainless cable or wire. If important to have no fraying of the cable then best to apply solder in the area where a cut will be made.

I always wanted a pair for cutting bicycle cable. These work perfectly. These are a quality cast and machined tool but they do not say made in USA.

Well made simple tool! Used to remove heavy cable seals on tank car dome lids. Much safer than putting a wrench handle through the loop and twist, pry until it breaks. Will buy more as needed
