Mission: To provide and expand access to free, high quality and comprehensive, primary and preventive health care for low income, medically uninsured individuals in the Brazos Valley.
Results: Last year, we provided 4,573 patient visits for 1,547 unique patients. We delivered prescription medications valued at $134,928 and provided 3,777 lab and diagnostic tests valued at $119,316.We also coordinated 171 specialist consultations and innumerable non-medical referrals to other community agencies. Volunteers in our clinic donated 7,324 hours valued at $341,870.The total market value of our services during this period was $1,097,722.Last year Health For All saved local taxpayers and hospitals $4,062,777.
Target demographics: Adults 18-64 suffering from a chronic condition (diabetes, hyperlipidemia, COPD, hypertension, asthma) who have no health insurance and are not eligible for government healthcare programs (Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, Tricare, etc. ) in the Brazos Valley
