Taking this product out of the package, I floured both items very well but, my lefsa dough still stuck to both items and I had to flour well again and again.

I wanted a good quality pastry cloth for rolling out pie crusts and this is a good quality, but the instructions have you shake out the excess flour, then put the cloth in a plastic storage bag and store it in the refrigerator, which I find weird. I don't mind laundering my pastry cloth after each use, which I am going to wind up doing.
