Programs: Hips mobile services program offers education, counseling and support to individuals on the streets during day and night services in the community. Hips mobile services van brings hips work to the streets "where people are at" - providing client centered, culturally competent assistance and hiv prevention materials into the community.

hips education and supportive services offer non-judgemental case management, health and medical support services to people on the streets at hips drop-in center.
