Product is very sturdy and should be very useful for hunting and other products. The value is outstanding. Only place where an issue could arise is with the bearing is a three piece. I plan to replace with a sealed one piece unit just for ease of keeping up with it when taken apart for transport. very satisfied with purchase.

This was easy to assemble, just keep up with all the parts. The hardest thing to put on was the steel cable. It fits well in my trucks trailer hitch and makes it easy to hoist and clean game and the pivot feature makes it easy to load your game in the bed of your truck.

I love this thing. I sold my truck but bought a receiver and some rat het straps and now I have a portable game hoist I can use anywhere. Wish I had gotten one sooner!

Great tool to have. I don't hunt that much, but it's very useful when you're by yourself and have to load heavy objects into the trucklike a 300 lb generator. This thing is invaluable.

The part that goes into the receiver hitch could be longer . I bought an raised extension hitch to compensate for the shortness. I am using it on a Polaris side by side. Instead of cable I used winch rope with a fixed end to bolt to the spool. The steel cable is to hard to tie off.

This is easy to install, made out of steel easy to use. I purchased this to help me lift my power chair, spin it put it in my truck. Since that's not the purpose it was made for, it took some trial error but it works. It's the cheapest option for this purpose.

This is my third deer hoist and is without a doubt the best value I have ever seen. I couldn't build it for what it cost. Buy it!

I am retired and getting older (hate it) but i cant lift as much any more. We bought a fifth wheel and love it BUT cant camp as much due to the stupid gas prices! We bought this game carrier to pluck my fifth wheel hitch from the back of my truck so i can use the semi normal bed. Works awesome saves our backs!!

This product is durable and strong. Works well for lifting heavy items onto and off of the bed of my truck. The most weight I've moved with it was about 900 pounds. It lifted and I'll x-ray machine onto the truck to be taken to scrap yard. It lifted it with no problem. And had no idea how much weight it was until I got to the scrap yard. So it actually exceeded the weight limits recommend it.

I was looking forward the light weight of aluminum but the one I got is steel and the weight is 45lb not 15lb I ordered this to clean deer and hogs because I'm disabled, I haven't used it yet but I hope it works as advertised

You can use this to lift carcasses, or 100-lb propane tanks. Anything you want to put in the back of your truck, you can do with this, up to 400 lb.

I like the product overall, but it sure would have been nice if it had a guide to help with the winding up of the cable to keep it from bundling up when retracting it.

Works well for me. I just loaded a 200 pound deer with absolutely no problem. I read reviews about a lot of “slop” side to side but the only issue I had was where the hoist goes into the receiver. This was not enough to cause a problem. I have a bad back and I really love it!

This product is solid. Crank works like a boss. Design is sleek and allows clearance for tailgate to come down. I'd recommend. The value for the price is there. I'll update my review as time passes for any negative experience.
