Mission: To provide homes to economically disadvantaged families in dupage county

Programs: Dupage habitat has helped over 60 families achieve the dream of homeownership. This is done by working in partnership with partner families and the community to build new or rehabilitate existing homes throughout dupage county. Dupage habitat has developed units ranging from single-family homes, to duplexes, to townhomes. Dupage habitat builds high-quality, low-frill homes designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding community. Homes are typically around 1800 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms, 1-2 baths and a garage. Like every builder in dupage, dupage habitat homes must conform with all local building codes, and must pass inspections to ensure quality construction and liveability.

the restore program offers donated used and surplus household and contruction materials to the general public at greatly reduced prices enabling them to improve their homes with equity. As an additional benefit, this program will reduce the tonnage of waste going into landfills.
