Mission: ("HIPCO") Hamilton Investment Properties Community Housing Development Organization is one of the few I. R. S. designated 501 ( C ) 3 non- profit tax exempt organizations specializing in the leasing of residential housing that is service enriched. HIPCO was organized in May of 1979 as a member based organization of income producing property owners interested in service to low income elderly, disable people and their communities. HIPCO members pride themselves in the fact, they are a group of property owners, property managers, building construction tradesmen and real estate brokers with hundreds of years of combined experience. HIPCO for over 30 years has offered background that includes conducting daily admin duties related to residential housing, coordinating housing move-ins and move-outs as a managing group. HIPCO has a proven track record of operational background which includes, meeting budgets, creating P&L Statements, Cost Controls and marketing strategies to find and hold tenants in the housing industry.
Results: Based on over 30 years of experience in providing housing with reasonable price controls for investment property owners, HIPCO services are available to date. Services include smart marketing strategies used for rental properties HIPCO manages. HIPCO has converted numerous properties into service enriched housing. HIPCO continues to be an organization that helps investments property owners make the decision to to convert their properties into supportive housing housing to help in the success they seek as real estate investors
