Easy to assemble is 4 stars - because I didn't know how to rate this. My son really doesn't want 'easy to assemble' :) It's Lego, after all!!We did wish it came with 4 cannon's instead of two. That's the only negative!!

Perfect gift for my 11 y/o brother. He enjoyed it a lot. It was challenging enough to get his interest and enthusiasm. He looks forward to finding more sets to further test his abilities.

This lego set is very big and the cannons actually work! The mini figures are fun and there's a skeleton figure. This set took about a half of a day to put together, for an 8, almost 9 year old. Great set, no complaints!

My nephew (7) was so excited when he opened this on Christmas morning that he kissed the box and claimed it was the best day ever. He put it together with a little help from his mom. It’s so much cooler in person! The canons actually shoot little cannonballs off the side of the deck.

Lots of pieces and my 12 yr old truly enjoyed building it, together with his friend they spent a solid 6 hours building it. It was worth the price, all the pieces fit as well as instructed. You can't go wrong with Lego! Happy kid and happy mom!
