Mission: Our mission is to take in a limited number of Horses, livestock or other animals that have been neglected or abused. We offer support for law enforcement and local families. We will assist these animals through proper veterinary care, nutrition and socialization to return to health. Through helping animals we will give children and their families a place to see compassion in action, offering a fun experience of meeting animals that are in the process of healing.

Target demographics: We take in neglected and abused animals and provide them with rehabilitation services and then find them safe, loving, forever homes.

Direct beneficiaries per year: 200+ animals in Oregon through our rescue efforts and we helped 82 families through our pet food bank.

Programs: Harmony New Beginnings Animal Rescue helps Law Enforcement and local families when they need assistance caring for animals. We have no paid staff and every penny is spent on animal care. We take in animals that have no other place to go, saving them from starvation , neglect, and abuse. Animals get proper food, and care until they are ready to be adopted. We also have a local pet food bank that helps families feed their pets in an emergency situation and allows them to keep their pets in the home and out of rescue. We are changing the world one life at a time.
