Installing the deadbolt was somewhat of a puzzle to solve but overall pretty straightforward. Very sturdy. Feels like high quality. Really love how they look. Very happy with both the deadbolts and the door knobs.

Not a bad door handle. Looks good and is fairly sturdy, but the deadbolt locks with a key on BOTH side, like you have to use a key to get out of the house and a key to get in obviously. Seems really dumb to me

Not a fan but for the price it's nice. Our deadbolt key sticks badly. I'll try graphite but it's not frustrating. It's lined up fine and easy to lock from inside. The most irritating thing is no deadbolt handle from the inside so we just leave the key in it to turn. Wasn't that easy to install either, the micro screw at the bottom we really struggled to get tight enough.

Considering the price of these compared to others, I was pleasantly surprised! They are heavy, substantial, and work smoothly. I would definitely buy again.

They feel very durable and heavy! Only issue is that you will have to etch the door out because they are square not round like standard doors. Same with the strike plate. Adds a little extra work.

I hard to cut the holes bigger for the plate and latch. A similar model from Lowe's fit exactly with no extra work. To unlock from the opposite side, I can turn easily with my nail without a tool. The hole method I need to go to the garage and get a tool to unlock. I like that a tool is needed to slow down entry. Thought about returning, but decided to put them to use in doors frequently not used much. They do work.

Look great, easy to install and was an inexpensive and nice update to our home. Unfortunately one of the latches was broken and I've been trying to contact the company without success. Overall would purchase again.

I am a single mom with medium level skill set for home repairs. I have a 30 year old home with varnished solid wood paneled doors. I am painting them white and removing all the brass hardware and replacing with flat black. I have completed 67 doors so far. My ONLY issue is the strike plate size. I don't mind that it's square because that's an easy chisel fix. To fit the dust box and the new larger plate I am doing a bit of work. I am probably going to spray paint the remaining ones (all upstairs bedrooms) flat black. I had one knob in a 5 pack with a deep scratch. I emailed the manufacturer and they are sending me a replacement. Customer service seems great. I am going to purchase the exterior door sets once I am done will all the interior doors. I am happy with the knobs :)

They don't move very easy. Also the piece that goes into the door jam for opening and closing is stiff. It's scratching my framing and the plate it goes past. Also you can not unlock these from the outside.

The knobs haven't been in the doors for more than a few months and the black is flaking off the lever handles. Would NOT BUY AGAIN
