Vet recommended in diet change for my budgie with fatty liver disease. Introduced this and Harrison's Mash to my bird's diet and it is helping. My lil chubby has lost some weight.

It is so expensive for what it is! And it goes bad so quickly, you need to keep larger bags in the freezer. I just can't justify the price of it anymore, it's sad that a healthy diet for birds is so inaccessible.

I really like this product for my birds, they absolutely love it! My birds won’t eat any other pellet food for birds except this one. It came fast, has a good amount of food in the bag it comes in. The only thing is that at the bottom of the bag some of the pellets are crushed but I don’t mind it because my birds like their food in smaller chunks. 5 out of 5!

We receive our delivery when we expect it. And Takashi doesn't complain that she is starving.

My budgies eat it 2years, before they eat orange bag when they grown up they start to eat green bag. Very healthy pellets, make my budgies very healthy

Early covid (spring 2020) I rescued a parakeet from the grocery store parking lot. The youtube channel ElleAndTheBirds recommended this food for budgies so I went ahead and gave it a shot. Mix a little bit of seed cake and millet with the food and my budgie, Kailua, loves this food. You get a good amount for the price and it always looks and smells pretty fresh. Highly recommend! (btw, he has much more toys and perches than what is displayed in the photo, I was doing a deep clean when I took it however so most things were taken out of the cage to either be wiped down or replaced)

The company has changed both the color and size of pellets. It's hard to see in the picture but the darker pellets on the left are the way they used to be. Not only are they slightly smaller, but there are irregular smaller pieces mixed in. I called the company and they said nothing had changed in their formula etc. The people at the Harrison's were super nice and sent me another bag that was the same batch same look. I wouldn't care if my bird didn't mind. The way food looks to birds is SUPER important.

It did take a little for my birds to transition from seeds as expected, since they aren't very good for birds, but this is probably the best healthy food for your birds!! It keeps them healthy and active all the time.

Harrison's is far and away the best pellets you can feed your birds. Mine love it.

I was so excited to get these pellets to improve my birds' daily diet. I had 3 parakeets. After the first day of introducing the pellets , one of my parakeets started to act funny. She was puffing up and acting depressed. I immediately removed the pellets. My other 2 birds seemed fine. I kept hoping she would recover, but she never did. She died two days later. I am not feeding these pellets after that experience. All my birds were absolutely fine before I started them on the pellets. These are supposed to be some of the best???? Please be careful when you try these for parakeets.

I recently got a 25 year old cockatiel that was unhealthy and only ate seed but I was able to convert him in only a couple of months to Harrison pellets since the super fine looks kind of like millet to him and he is much healthier and happier!

My little parrot loves them. When I get package out to feed her she runs to her food bowl.

PLEASE READ. It is so important to make sure your bird has a well balanced diet. It should be around 35 Vegetables and 65 Dry/Pellet food with the occasional seeds,But picking the wrong one can be crucial to your birds life span . I recommend this product as well as Tops,and Roudybush bird pellets.But for my bird I do a mix of the three.If you got your bird from a pet store or a home breeder it can be hard to switch them over from seeds to pellets. So if your having trouble switching your bird over try pet store pellets with different flavors then slowly add in gourmet pellets until your bird is totally switched over. But keep in mind you SHOULD NOT FEED YOUR BIRD FLAVORED AND DYED PELLETS they are filled with filler dyes and lots of sugar, But it is ok for a short period of time like you were going to switch your bird over to pellets.
