We got this robot cat for my seven year old daughter because my husband is allergic. She loves it, this is her review:This cat is amazing! I got a cat bed for her and drew her pictures, and she meowed at it! She rolls over and looks exactly like a real cat, she even goes to sleep!

I purchased this beautiful cat for my elderly Mother, who lives in a retirement home, as a companion for her. She loves it and particularly enjoys the fact that the cat meows, purrs, stretches, and is very interactive. The beautiful fur makes the cat look so real that many folks that we met thought the cat 'Katie' was actually real. This is the second one I purchased for my Mother. I also recommended it to other daughters for their Mothers as well. Thank you!

OMG, my mother is so in love with this cat! She rocks and brushes and sings to it, takes it around to visit people in her retirement community, takes it to the doctors office with her - worth every penny for the absolute joy it is bringing her (and it's only been a week!). I'm so glad I found this after she mentioned wanting to get a cat... this one isn't going to run in front of her walker, it doesn't need a litter box, it won't have vet bills or other expenses, she doesn't have to remember to feed it, it won't run away, and it always wants to be petted whenever and for as long as she wants. It is calming to her and she can tell it all of her troubles - it doesn't judge!

My mother who has Alzheimer's still knows this is not real but she loves it anyway. She is in a nursing home and had to leave her cat at home. She will hold this on her lap and talk about how real it looks and how much she likes it. I am very pleased with the quality of this product.

Purchased for my grandfather who is in a retirement home. Both cat and grandfather are now quite popular. With dimentia setting in my not sure if he knows the cat is not real. Needless to say this cat has helped to improve my grandfathers social interactions as many people come to check out the cat.

My 85-year-old grandpa was diagnosed with terminal cancer last year and decided he really wanted a cat. My grandma was already taking care of him, so didn't want a pet to also care for. This became a constant argument between them after his surgery to remove the pancreatic tumor. He was very lucid (even beat me in card games, etc), so when I bought this cat as a Christmas present, I was a little worried it may seem patronizing. My relatives expressed similar doubts when they saw it, but no one knew how else to resolve this issue of him really wanting a cat when my grandma (understandably) refused. When I presented it to him (out of the box, very casually, with a handmade collar), his face lit up with so much joy and he said "I finally got my cat". I have heard so much about the cat since then...even my grandma says she loves that he (named "Brutus", for OSU buckeyes, the team my grandpa was obsessed with all his life) greets her each morning....I didn't even realize this cat is sensitive to light and motion, I thought it was just touch. But apparently, it meows when she opens the windows in the morning, and she finds it to be a great companion that doesn't need any care. My grandpa asked for it to be brought to the hospital last week, which we did, and he shortly went so peacefully. Brutus the robot cat was even mentioned during the funeral today, after the list of children and grandchildren, which the paster said was a first for him and wanted more details about this robot cat later. Now Brutus is helping my grandma not to feel completely alone in their house.

My 95 year old Grandmother absolutely loves this cat. My family and I are astounded and so happy. I additionally bought it a small cat bed to be in and it just sits there right next to her in bed.

Oh my gosh. This cat is so cute. We got one for my 103 year old mother-in-law. She loves cats, but can’t be changing litter, taking a cat to the vet, etc. it meows when she pets it and moves in realistic ways. Everyone, including me, talks to it as though it’s a real cat.
