I bought this for my 79 year old mother who is in a nursing home. She absolutely loves it.

Cannot say enough good things about our cat! I bought this for my husband who's in the early stages of Alzheimer's. He still knows she's not a real cat but we both love her anyway. She opens and shuts her eyes, meows convincingly, purrs, raises her paw and rolls over to be petted. The fur, though synthetic, feels real. The only thing that seems inauthentic is the hard underbelly where you can feel her workings.

My daughter loves it. We can't have a real cat due to allergies and this is really nice for her. It's very realistic and soft.

I purchased this for my 86 yr old Mom. She has been very lonely since my Dad passed away. She is an animal lover, but unable to care for a live pet. She absolutely loves this kitty.

This was a Christmas gift for our 89 year old mother, it seemed so real that at first she would jump when the kitty moved! Hah!! She adores it & we know it will be a great companion for her! Very pleased with quality, so nice batteries came with it! Highly recommend!

There are several animated cats for sale similar to this one.<br />I seriously doubt they could be better than this one!<br />Actions & purring are quite realistic. Eyes look like a real cat.<br />Will have to wait to see how long the batteries work, but for now<br />I am pleased.

Mom has Alzheimer's. This cat is wonderful for her. Sits in her lap and purrs... And she just grins. Even tries to feed it.

This was beyond my expectations. I bought this cat for my Mom who has Alzheimer's. She absolutely loves it. So do I as well as the staff at the nursing home. It is so cute and realistic. It has many different sounds and movements. It meows many different ways, it purrs, blinks it's eyes, moves it ears, simulates licking it's paw. It's interactive when you pet it and talk to it. My lights up like a Christmas tree when I bring the cat. It's nothing but a joy and entertainment. I highly recommend it, even for kids.

I purchased this for a friend who worked with hospice patients. She is very good at what she does and we were talking one day about how it was too bad they couldn't have their real pets in the facility. It was so life like and purred just like a real cat! My friend said the residents loved it and it meant so much to them. Worth every penny!

I bought this cat for myself, I am a student and I live on my own and it can be quite lonely sometimes. I absolutely love this cat! The cat is very soft and has a bit of weight to it. It makes it look (and feel) very real. Ofcourse, the real deal is different, but I think this can be very helpful for people who can't take care of a cat or aren't allowed to have one. I bought it when it was on sale during black friday (otherwise it would've been too expansive for me, because I live in the Netherlands)

I am a school teacher. I teach first grade at a low income school. A lot of my students have traumatic home lives and are stressed out or anxious. Research has shown that having a pet in the classroom is good for the well being of students and when they read to an animal it improves their reading scores. However, I didn't want to have a real animal that I would have to feed, take care of, and worry about allergies. I was given this cat for my classroom. I told the kids it wasn't real, but they treat it like it's real. They named it, it has a cat bed, and they love "taking care of it". They take turns holding it, sometimes it's sitting on their desks while they work. When a student gets upset, they can pet it and cuddle with it. When it becomes a distraction I turn it off and put it away. It was the best gift I could have received for my class! I highly recommend this for teachers.

Very life like in appearance, sounds, and motions. Many people are not sure if it is real at first. Battery life is much longer then I had thought it would be. This is a very helpful companion for my nursing care bound mom.

My mom is suffering from dementia. She loved the cat when I brought it to her. She hardly ever goes anywhere in her assisted living facility without it.This was a god send to me to make her happy. Thanks for having such a product.
