The robotics are great very responsive<br />Mum said it felt a bit like patting a dead cat<br />You could easily use more padding and softer fur<br />Even the tail has no padding whatsoever<br />Did a man design this? Even target has similar soft toys for $10.00 not robotic but feel so much better to touch<br />Apart from my complaints my mum still gets comfort from it and I am glad I bought it for her<br />You just could have done a better job on the feel of it

Sheds worse than a real cat. If you put this cat on your black pants for 30 seconds, they will be covered not just with thousands of &#34;hairs&#34;, but even big tufts of fur that fall out. Also the meowing and purring are unrealistically loud, at least for people with normal hearing. REALLY needs a volume control. The jerky mechanical motions and motor noises are annoying. We expected it to be a soft stuffed animal, but it is not soft at all. It is &#34;fur&#34; attached to a hard plastic body. The idea is good, but there is a long, long way to go to make this really nice.

Gearing noise is distracting and defeats its purpose. Returned.
