My husband absolutely love this game as a kid and was so excited to get it for us so I could learn how to play it. It can be a longer game but it really is a fun strategy game.

who knew that we'd get wrapped up in this game for hours of endless fun - with no kid looking at an electronic, the husband giving up football to play games with us, and mom not checking her phone or worrying about the laundry????it's been years since i had played risk. my son asked for it for Christmas. we had a small learning curve, but once we started , we were hooked and educated ourselves along the way. 3 hours had passed by and we were still playing!we did decide we needed some ground rules though.... we set a timer so we don't spend 3 hours or more unless we want to.... and since it got pretty tense when we were invading each other's countries... we set up some ground rules on how we conduct ourselves smile teenagers are ruthless.honestly, best game purchase in a long time!!!! have fun and don't hesitate to buy it!

I bought this game for my husband since it was his favorite childhood board game. He loves that the game is easy enough to play with our 3 sons, ages 16, 13, and 11.They have a blast playing this game.The pieces and board are well made and are sturdy.We purchased this when the game was 20 off. Good value for the money.

Great game.We had a lot of fun.The rules might seem complicated at first but they aren't.After a few rolls, the game goes pretty fast and smoothly.It is not collectible level quality, but consider the price.The first one I got had some defections, missing a few pieces and misprinted cards.But it was resolved by replacement.Finally, the dragon... it is just a two-headed dragon with new rules.It doesn't seem interesting when playing with others so we played by classic rules.

We were on vacation when I purchased this game. My son wanted something to keep them entertained since no electronics were allowed. I never played it but learned quickly and we had several family nights with this one.
