They fit as to your normal size. Be mindful there is no drawstring. Got lots of compliments.

These run small. I have the same ones in black and they are not the same size. I still like them, nice quality.

Im a usual small but these are big. Well on the waist it's ok. But on the thighs ot's baggy. Im 5'4, 125lbs, it's long for me so i guess i should have sized down to Xs petite.'otherwise i like the feel of it and it's soft and comfortable.

Super comfy and cute besides the cameltoe. My scrub shirt covers it anyways so I don't mind because i don't feel it. I'm 411' 140ish pounds. It's a little long but it's not in the way and looks cute still

Love these pants. Only thing I would have liked better was having a drawstring to tighten them additionally. Has a great elastic band tho

The jogger pants design is flattering but the best part is the fit and comfort of the material and the high- wasted waist band. It's the most flattering scrub pants I've found was a plus size health care worker!

I love them! I didn't give it a 5 ONLY because I wish they were a couple of inches longer. I'm 5'10 and they come to my ankle. But when i sit the come up a bit. But still love them. I'm a size 10-11 (29 -30 inch waist) and the large are loose. But super comfortable! I bought the navy and just got my second pair in the mail yesterday, black. I have grey in my cart and want the red and white too! Teachers at my school have started wearing them! We love them! We can look cute and not be uncomfortable being on the floor with the little kids!
