Mission: Raise chronic kidney disease prevention & explain organ donoation facts to save lives, enhance living for our seniors, disabled, veteran and the less fortunate community. Educate individuals of ways to decrese health care disparity. Health & Awareness takes educational training to the streets.

Results: Our workshops and training attributed to the decrease in patients requiring dialysis treatment or kidney transplant and improve health care treatment.

Target demographics: Seniors, disabled, veterans, the less-fortunate avoid chronic kidney disease and better handle health care disparities.

Direct beneficiaries per year: Families, seniors and the young, veterans and disabled by distributing food, mask, hand santizer, toilet paper and other hard to find COVID items.
