Got this for draughter she uses it all the time.

Works as intended, much better than the non Bluetooth versions. Apple got it right, feels good and is very accurate. Works perfectly with Procreate. Connecting Bluetooth and charging are easy by simply plugging it into the charging port. 100 charged in 5-10 mins and lasts all day on a charge.

The lil cap at the top. Can get lost easily but still great for iPad drawers

I've only had it 2 days. It was 100 charged before I went to bed. Woke up today to use it for work and it's at 3. Wtf????

The Apple Pencil was really good towards the beginning but out of nowhere I got a crack in the side of it from it sitting in my iPad case. Maybe it's my fault or it's just flimsy but idk. It's glides nicely but sometimes I can have trouble with it connecting. But overall a good purchase and all these problems could be my fault.

This is an incredible, natural feeling drawing tool for iPad. The tip is precise and the pressure sensitivity is excellent. Works great in procreate, artisan, and really all the design software for iPad. I've used high end wacom styluses and the Apple Pencil has a very different, very smooth feel.Yes Gen 1 has a few design problems the charger and cap, the lack of a button or eraser, and that it doesn't secure to the tablet for storage. Rolling away is acceptable in a 25 cent pencil but less so in a fragile $125 tool. I've broken a few tips by it rolling and falling. So I keep a stockpile of generic tips.And I forgive the Apple Pencil because it feels as fast as ideasit's something that you can just grab when you have an idea and the tool doesn't interrupt you. It doesn't announce itself or get in the way. If you do digital artwork of any kind, it is infinitely better than a $20-50 stylus.If you need a cursor, pixel level precision at 50 view, and color profiles for printing, you need a wacom and not an Apple Pencil and iPad. If you don't know what the above means, then an Apple Pencil is the stylus for you.

The kids won't let us use it for work, because they want to draw with it. Will have to buy a set of them, as this has become a shockingly important tool. Apple is amazing.

As someone who needs to write a lot on an iPad for school and such, this was amazing. It's easy to connect, amazing to write, it's so smooth I love it. It genuinely feels like your writing with a pencil but it's that much smoother. One of the best purchases I've made. Now, the tips of the pencil do wear down fairly easily, making it not pick up when your trying to write sometimes. So I would recommend you use it with care or plan on buying extra tips for the pencil.

I got it used for $33 because I had lost my original one. I didn't want to spend the money on a brand new one that would most likely loose in a week. The dupes that I found were the same price so I decided to try it out. I'm so glad I did!! The one and only con was that one of the pencil tips came broken but I just used the replacement one that came in the pack. If I need tips later on, I can just order new ones so it's not a big deal to me. Well worth it!!
