I absolutely love this thing. I only gave 3 stars for traveling because mine is very long and that would be a pain in the but to travel with. Other than that the plug blockers are handy as well as the wall plug at an angle makes things so much easier.

working great. i have a set of wifi-enabled plugs plugged into it controlling lights and heating mats in a small seed-starting grow box. cycling power several times a day for two years. no issues whatsoever.

This not only arrived in great time I plugged my lamps in it for my plants. Tomatoes peppers and zucchinis. Works awesome I just flip the switch and it's on or off. The cord is thankfully plenty long enough to use it in the middle fo the room cause the lamp cords weren't n I only had 1 outlet so with 3 lamps it was a much better idea plus then I can use it elsewhere n if the power goes out n on it wont damage the plant lights

This extension cord is good. You can feel the cord and know that it is good quality. It easily handles heaters or AC units that are plugged into it. I have not plugged in any power tools but I am pretty sure that those will also be handled well. The build quality is solid. Very good purchase.The length and thickness of the cord makes it bulky so not recommended to travel with it.

I purchased the GE 6-Outlet Surge Protector, 20 Ft Extension Cord, Power Strip, 800 Joules, Flat Plug, Twist-to-Close Safety Covers, Protected Indicator Light, UL Listed, Black, 50769 for my kids room. His outlet was behind his fullsize bed and I needed powerstrip cord long enough to reach from one end to the other, under his full size bed to hide the cord. Will I was able to accomplish this with this power strip. Now I am able to plug in his video game console and lamp without having to rearrange his bedroom. The cord provided enough length to reach and it is black so very easy to hide.
