Programs: Spay/neuter programs which reduce the number of unwanted pets by preventing reproduction in high risk areas. These highly successful programs were launched since 2003 and continue to target "at risk" neighborhoods weekly.

Residents from the florence mcclure women's correctional facility work to rehabilitate the dogs. In return the dogs rehabilitate the inmates. A true rehabilitation program.
