No instructions on how to break off the tab. I just put it in tab first, then the bolt pushed the tab to the side and no one will ever know or see it and performance is same. All parts were good to very good quality. Helped me fix a cross member in a Ford.

This kit arrived in a day and it's genuine Heli-Coil, so you get the good tap and driver. Came with 6 inserts and used everyone . Next purchase will be a gross of inserts and I'll be set for life.
