Mission: HepC Alliance's mission is to create awareness through providing education, testing, and support for the detection, prevention and treatment of hepatitis C.

Results: Over time, HepC Alliance has created partnerships with health departments, treatment centers, diagnostic labs, medical professionals and community groups to access and serve underprivileged and underserved populations. For the period 2008 through 2018 HCA has tested around 23,000 individuals with over 3,000 testing positive for HCV. As of Summer 2016, this community-focused, nonprofit organization is working on expanding into Southern Texas. With a successful expansion into Kansas already under our belts, we will continue to create awareness through providing education, testing, and support for the detection, prevention and treatment of hepatitis C in Missouri, Kansas, and Texas.

Target demographics: Those that have been infected or affected by hepatitis C. Particularly those in the under-served portions of our service areas.

Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 3,000 people

Geographic areas served: Missouri, Kansas, and soon, Southern Texas

Programs: Education, free testing, counseling, and links to treatment.
