Mission: Hero Labradors' mission is to breed and select Labrador Retrievers of the highest quality, possessing the aptitude for service dog training, and to provide these dogs at no cost to service dog training programs across the United States. Selected programs agree to train and provide these dogs at no cost to disabled American Veterans, the Military Community, and First Responders and their families.

Results: Many successful breedings with 34 puppies produced; all have tested with high aptitude for service dog training programs. As of October 2019,34 puppies donated to training programs, one retained for our breeding program.

Target demographics: Wounded warriors, first responders, and their families

Direct beneficiaries per year: Six training organizations received puppies from us. Several of them have received multiple puppies from multiple litters.

Programs: Providing quality purebed labrador retriever puppies, free of charge, to service dog training programs that agree to train the dogs and donate them to wounded warriors and first responders or yheir family members.
