True-to-scale, this Herpa 1/500 scale Air Canada Airbus A220-300 - Registration C-GNBN - featured in its stunning, muted gray retro TCA Trans-Canada Air Lines Livery - measures approximately 3-inches long with a 2-13/16-inch wingspan. A Display Stand is not included and is sold separately - Herpa HE521024. Founded in 1937, Trans-Canada Air Lines was recognized as the former flag carrier of Canada until 1965, when the airline was renamed Air Canada. The Airbus A220-300, which went into service at the end of 2016 and is larger than the initially introduced Airbus A220-100, is a modern, technologically advanced aircraft that was developed to fly 120-160 passengers up to 3,400 nautical miles in quiet comfort to different points that were either not feasible for several reasons or simply not profitable for the airlines.
