Having a difficult time keeping the foot rest up. Other than that its very comfortable and I love the height.

Directions are some of the best I've seen there are even arrows pointing which direction the parts should be facing . The instructions are very descriptive and that helps making it easy to put together

No issues with the chair at all. Got one for hubby teaching college from home during covid. Liked it so well, he took it to the office for his stand-up desk there and so I got him a 2nd one for Christmas. He is 6-5 and slender at about 200 lbs. Works great for him.

Terrible cushion, bolts protruding from bottom of chair.

I've spent many hours in this the last few weeks. It's pretty comfy. My 20lb Tomcat steals it from me every time I get up and is reluctant to give it back. I didn't buy it for him! So if you have a cat, you better get two. This was a good purchase for me, I use it as a bar stool.

Sent this as a gift for my Dad as he plans on doing some woodworking and other stuff in the garage. I figured if you end up doing some detail work or just need a break you'll want a comfortable chair, not a basic stool. So far he's happy with it so I am too.

Great purchase.The only thing I'd say that would make this chair an absolute must buy, would be if you could move the armrests sideways a bit. Not that big of a deal though, since very few chairs have that functionality, and for the price, I really can't say that is a con.Highly recommend it.

Got this for my wife, who's a teacher. It was very easy to assemble and to operate. She says it's very comfortable and works great!

very nice chair! i like the range of height that this chair offers. i am a female and it was super easy to put together. even though there were several different parts it only took about 10 min.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money since the purpose for me is mostly short times of use as I stand almost all day - as I have for the last few years. A recent injury prompted this purchase so I don't have to stand, but can still sit at my standing desk with my monitor setup instead of just my laptop screen. I did go for it based on the reviews vs going with something 3 times the price that would be good quality. It does the job. It's slightly wobbly, the seat cushion is good for a short period but definitely uncomfortable for me after 45 min, the seat back is leaning just a wee bit too far back (I feel like I'm slightly lounging), and the armrests don't come up as high as I'd prefer but at least they are height adjustable (vs just flipping out of the way) which was my main criteria. My biggest complaint is what the pictures show... One of the holes drilled for mounting one of the arms is not correct - close to 1.5 away from the opposite hole while the mounting part of the arm has holes 2 apart. There's no way you can force both bolts in so I just have 2 of the 3 in that one side. The other side is aligned perfectly for all three. So, it works, just a high annoyance knowing it's missing a bolt for an OCD person. Once my knee is fully recovered I'm sure I'll be very satisfied with the chair for the price, but it's definitely not an all-day or even half-day chair in my book.

Y'all secure chair for seating security..

The chair was high enough for my sit/stand desk at it's lowest level. I don't know how anyone would even get into it at the highest level. lolThe ring footrest does not stay in place. It stays on top of the legs which is fine for me as I have the chair at the lowest setting. The ring is also very small so when my feet are on it, my knees are bent at less than 90 degrees. I have to have a foot stool in front of my chair so my knees don't hurt all the time from being bent. The chair doesn't recline back at all. It's very stiff upright, but I like my chairs like that. My biggest complaint is that the seat is so shallow. It comes to well above my knees when I'm sitting.However, for the money spent, it does the job. If I ever find a more comfortable one, I'm getting it.

No option to contact seller so I guess this is my only option. Only instructions with the chair was to “Insert screws into proper hole location of chair Improper use of screws will void warranty” no idea what screws you expect to go into what holes for “PROPER” placement.

My husband bought this and said it went way beyond his expectations. He really likes it! He's tall too, 6'3.

Love this chair! It reaches bar height but drops low enough for table height. Assembly was easy, all the parts came clearly labeled. Going to buy another one soon!

It's still too high when let all the way down for me.

This chair was exactly what I needed. The cushion is very comfortable, the back is sturdy and you can't beat the price. Also, the highest position is really high so the foot rail comes in handy
