I used to use blues harps almost exclusively but after buying a special 20 they are my new favorite harmonica. The plastic comb lasts better than the wood comb on a blues harp. The best feature of the special 20 though is that it is so easy to play! Bending notes is much easier and the tone seems to be better than a regular blues harp. I have three of them now and love them. Will eventually transition all my harps to this model.

Nice lower key. A little easier to bend notes. The plastic comb is easier on the lips. What else can you say? It's a Hohner!!!

you don't need another person to tell you darn what a great harp, there's plenty of information backing up that claim on the internet. John popper plays one. lots of harmonica players play one. I don't swear by them, I will happily play any harp of good quality, but I'm always happy to have one of these in the collection. warm, loud, comfortable, the corners are a tad sharp for extended play sessions but there is always a workaround especially if you want to take advantage of the golden gossamer tone of this mouth organ. buy it blow it suck it love it.
