I just completed my first full marathon and these were part of my fueling strategy. I'd alternate between Gu and one of these waffles when it came time to get some fuel. They taste great, never upset my stomach, and it feels good to eat a little something during a long run instead of always downing a Gu. Personally, my stomach doesn't like only being fed Gu so I really enjoyed eating these waffles. I'd just rip open the bag, put the wrapper in my hydration pouch until I found at trash can on the course, and would just eat the waffle while running then chase it with a few swigs of water. It gave me the energy I needed to cross the finish line. I had also used these during training runs prior to race day. My wife tried them and likes them too. I definitely recommend.
