Easy to install. The only concern I have is there is no ground wire on the unit just white black and blue. I have never had a device of this nature without a ground to connect. Hopefully that does not impact performance during a surge or irregularities is current.

We put these in our previous home and where they were used for years. Very convenient for turning on outside lights over the garage or another area. Love them. Recently moved to another home so we ordered the product for this home. It is nice to have the lights come on and go off on the schedule you set up. Especially when traveling out of town. Great product.

This is exactly what I wanted. Able to time my lights for when we are away. Also has option to manually turn lights on/off when needed; and doesn't affect the timer. Easy to install.

The instructions need to be rewritten. To set the timer to operate the instructions are missing the final step. I had to call customer support and they had to troubleshoot for me.

I uses this to control a bathroom fan that has an annoyingly bright LED in it. I turn off the fan at night and back on in the morning. The timer function is easy enough to program, and so far has worked well.The downside is that the main push button switch that's used to control it manually has a very flimsy feel to it. Not satisfying. Luckily I use that switch only rarely.

The programable features are much better than the timer switch this replaces. The old switch had 5 wires, this one only 3 so I needed help from a friend with more electical knowledge than I have. With his help it was a quick job to install.

The print on the timer is very small, and the am/pm designation to the LEFT of the time is very hard to see. Eventually got it set. Hope I never want to change it.

The switches were actually fairly easy to install and easily programmable. The buttons to program are extremely small so we used a tool to push them and then one got stuck a little sideways. We finally figured what was causing the malfunction and fixed it. Now it's working perfectly

I worked with this timer for two weeks. Finally got it to work for five days, the sixth day it was blank. What a waste of money. I went down to H.D. got older technology so it was less expensive. Programed it and it is working just fine. Remember keep it simple stupid. I happily through this in the garbage.

I purchased and installed 3 units for outdoor lights. One failed after 3 months. I purchased and installed a replacement and it is working fine for now. I called customer support to get a replacement according to the 1 year warranty. After 30 min on hold I spoke to a rep who said I needed to call a licensed electrician to help them troubleshoot if the device had failed. I called him out saying it makes no sense to pay $125 for an electrician to troubleshoot a $30 part. The rep said he would transfer me to his supervisor. The supervisor never picked up and the call dropped. I'm an electrical engineer with 35 yr experience. Clearly Honeywell has no intention of standing by their product.
