I had to get a good understanding of the furnace model before installation, but everything seems to work just fine - I wanted to proceed with caution on stuff like this around (heat) during winter.The seller seems reliable, too.Lookin' good so far!

You have to remove the faceplate (slide off lower hinge), remove the coin battery for a couple minutes, then reinstall coin battery and faceplate. This reboot should restore time setting ability when pressing the clock on the main screen. Other than that, the unit works pretty well.

User friendly to setup. I have replaced 5 of these zoned thermostats and they work very good.

I had a little trouble with the wiring bc of heat pump hook up instructions. The instruction manual could be more compete. I got info from you tube to help. Great unit. Easy to use once I became familiar with it.

I was totally frustrated by our old thermostat! I had to dig out the manual every time I wanted to change the programming because it was so complicated. This one doesn't even have a user's manual, only installation instructions. I paid a pro to do that to make sure I didn't mess up. I'm not using the red link feature. Instead of having to push buttons in a certain order, you just select menu, then follow the prompts. I love it!

Very easy to install. Just bought our home and other one was Crack so ordered new one from them and it works amazing. Very easy to use.

My favorite part about this thermostat is the button to disconnect it from the wall plate. I shattered our previous one trying to change the batteries.

A server room next to the room having the actual thermostat never stayed cool.It was hard to regulate the temperature in the server room even though it was the next room over and both rooms shared the same ducting system and HVAC.Rather than pull new thermostat wire and relocate the old thermostat, this Honeywell TH8320R1003 VisionPro 8000 with RedLINK Digital Thermostat was the solution we needed pairing it with the Honeywell FBA C7189R1004 Wireless Indoor Sensor.Installed the remote wireless indoor sensor right on the server rack and configured the Honeywell TH8320R1003 VisionPro 8000 to only rely on the remote wireless sensor temperature, not the internal sensor built into the VisionPro. Now the temperature right at the server rack is being exactly regulated by the thermostat with the actual temperature being displayed.If you are installing this yourself, be sure and download the installation manual PDF off the internet. There's quite a bit of detail and pages, but just take pictures of your existing thermostat wiring color and terminal labels and match them up with this Honeywell unit and it will be 'plug-n-play'.

Easy install using pic of old module backing. The brown wire isn't necessary if your old unit had unless you have 2 zones and thermostats. Tape and ignore. Not sure if its really solving my upstairs downstairs inconsistent issues, but it was really easy to program and setup schedules and also to override and stuff. Nice interface, just not sure it fixed my reason for upgrade. yes I have red link sensor upstairs
