Pros: small footprint, good features, quiet (with slight modification)Cons: NOT MADE TO BE OPENED FOR CLEANING. It can hardly be done without breaking the plastic tabs that hold the casing together. Buttons on top are buzzy.Compressed air doesn't do a great job of cleaning, plus most people don't own an air compressor, and I don't like the waste, expense, and inconvenience of having to buy canned compressed air. It is possible to open the back for cleaning, but you will probably break some of the plastic tabs holding it together, and it may not go back together completely. Most other tower fans also use plastic clips, but also screws, but this one only has two screws, and seems to depend more on the plastic clips. I think it's awful when manufacturers purposely make products impossible to service so they have to be thrown away after a year or so.To fix buzzy buttons, I just laid a piece of clear packing tape over them. The tape holds them steady so they don't vibrate, and you can still operate the buttons and the remote with the tape in place.
