Causes: Human Services

Mission: to provide Hope and Dignity to the homeless- through our core values of compassion, community, grace and accountability. we serve the situational and chronic homeless population.

Results: We have helped over 180 people off the streets and provided innumerable service to many others experiencing homelessness in our region

Target demographics: individuals and families that are affected by homelessness, both chronic and situational.

Direct beneficiaries per year: in excess of 200 individual clients

Geographic areas served: Katy and Richmond/Rosenberg, TX serving Harris, Waller & Fort Bend Counties

Programs: Meeting basic needs through our facility where they can receive hygiene supplies, shower, eat a meal or receive food packs, use computers and we can assist with obtaining identification documents. Referrals and resources to improve life situations. We can help our chronically homeless clients with transportation to various medical appointments within our community. Through our partnership with various local business and non profits , we can assist them with meeting a variety of needs ie: dental, optical, clothing, mental healthcare and social services help ie: food stamps, food pantry, gold card. Provide informational resources and referrals to rehabs, personal care homes, group homes, shelter and transitional housing outside of the Katy area.
