Mission: Horses & Heroes believes in teamwork to help restore those affected by trauma; we just happen to use horses. Our heroes need not suffer for the vital work they do so we provide the space and opportunity for healing.

Results: Horses & Heroes is part of a global network of licensed practitioners. With more than 600 programs, servicing more than 40 countries we provide a proven standard of practice that both works and is effective. Preliminary data from a recent national program evaluation suggests that Equine Assisted Psychotherapy provides similar results as evidenced-based therapies in half of the treatment time.

Target demographics: Our focus is providing equine therapy services to veterans and others affected by PTSD.
