Student Review: Gavin Q. What did you like most about the book and why? A.The part where the troll said “I want to gobble you up”. Q. What did you like least about the book When the second goat didn’t get eaten because I wanted to see the goat get eaten by the troll. Q. How many stars would you give your book 5 stars Olivia Q. What did you like most about the book and why? I liked how the 3rd goat was Proactive and didn’t make excuses. Q. What did you like least about book? A. I didn’t like the troll because he was wasn’t a leader. For example he didn’t have to want to eat the goats he could have joined the goat in eating grass in the field. Q. Beautifully illustrated and really nicely sized book and a great value for the price. The issue is, its just not a great story. It's ok. So if this is a nostalgic book for you than it's a great buy. If this is not a book you're looking to relive for memory's sake than I'd skip it.

Paul Galdone's versions of children's classics are my personal favorites. This one is going to a 3-year old. Every child should know the story of The Three Billy Goats Gruff. The book arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

My grandson really liked this book. He's in 2nd grade it was a breeze for him to read. He likes the illustrations. He will share with his classmates.

This was a book for a 2 year old and the art work (pictures) were TERRIBLE. They were sooo scary that I could NOT read it to her. The story was fine but I am VERY SORRY to have bought that particular book.
