Mission: To recognize and honor elderly and/or disabled veterans who have faithfully and sacrificially served their country and to repair and improve their homes.

Results: HOH has helped and honored over 850 military and public safety veterans and/or their spouses, and the program is expanding to communities across America. Projects have been completed in Phenix City, AL; Phoenix, AZ; California; Connecticut; Delaware; Tampa and Orlando, FL; Columbus, LaGrange, Savannah, Albany, McRae, Lake Park, Macon, Americus, and Augusta, GA; Illinois: Indiana; Washington, IA; Louisiana; Maryland; Mississippi; Charlotte, NC; Ohio; Philadelphia, PA; Rhode Island; South Carolina; Nashville, TN; Plano, TX; as well as Washington.

Target demographics: veterans and public safety veterans and/or their spouses

Direct beneficiaries per year: 108 veterans and/or their spouses
