Mission: Mission:House of His Creation as a life-affirming ministry provides women a place to heal, to grow, and to learn through housing and ongoing support. Vision:To bring hope through loving, caring, sharing, and giving by God’s grace, anointing, wisdom, and compassion to impact individuals and families for change.

Results: HOUSE OF HIS CREATION began over 40 years ago and has served over 1700 women and children. We assist young women who are pregnant or parenting by providing a home, programs and services. We also currently offer transitional and emergency housing to women escaping abuse. While living at House of His Creation, the young women are under the guidance of loving and supportive houseparents and a social worker. We provide many services at this Home, including; continuation of education, GED programs, parenting classes, nutrition, life skills and relationship classes, counseling, spiritual care, love and support.

Direct beneficiaries per year: 20 single moms both pregnant and parenting

Programs: Maternity Housing: The program is designed to help each woman come to a fully informed decision about her pregnancy. In doing so we provide individualized case management to each woman including opportunities for growth in various areas of her life while she resides at House of His Creation. Caring4Mommy&Baby Aftercare/Ongoing Support: C4 is HoHC’s aftercare program that provides ongoing support up to one year to women who have successfully discharged from HoHC. We provide this support in ways that helps each mother become more capable and competent through monthly home visits, helping her understand child development milestones and behaviors, parenting activities including, but not limited to, parent and child play groups, parent information classes, parenting materials, and individualized parent supports provided in response to particular child-rearing concerns or specific parenting questions. Additionally, assisting parents in gaining access to other types of supports and resources as needed.
