Mission: Our mission is to transition people from housing crisis to housing stability. We offer a full range of programs and services that are 1) participant-centered, 2) integrated, 3) modeled using best practices and 4) designed to reduce the length of time and impact of trauma associated with homelessness and housing instability.
Results: In just one year, our Interim Housing Program has served 140 people, and 70% of those who moved on have found permanent housing. We provided over 120 House-to-Home kits to furnish new apartments. In 2019, we impacted the lives of over 2,018 clients. Our services have only grown throughout the pandemic.
