Mission: To promote health and welfare of animals and to pursue a policy of public education providing low cost program of sterilizations and adoption of animals.

Programs: Statistics: during the year 2016,6,126 sterilizations were performed. There was a 5% increase in spay and neuter surgeries.

during 2016, there was a 3% increase in preventive low cost veterinary clinic

during 2016, the euthanasia was reduced 80% approximately and there was a 5% increase in spay and neuter surgeries. Additionally, we created a management surrender's position to promote responsible ownership in order to prevent animals abandonment.
