The hardest part about installing these, believe it or not, was installing the paint guard plastic film. The stamping on the precut plastic film was extremely difficult to to find the barely visible die cut pattern. It was barely there. That aside these went on very easily. I only used 2 of the mounting points. There's one that is second from the top that lines up perfectly with a pre-existing screw on the fender. The other hole that I used was the inner most hole and I drilled into the plastic fender well and used one of the U-nuts on the back side to screw it into. I then sealed the whole seam on the inner part with some black urethane sealant so that water and mud won't get into the gap between the flap and the inner fender. It's solid and once that black urethane sealant cures, it won't be falling off unless a tree stump knocks it off. These fit the fender contour very well.
